It installs from the browser. No store, no account. Open it from your home screen like any other app, and files you have read still open offline.

On Android

  1. Open the Codex in Chrome.
  2. Tap Install the app, or open the browser menu and choose Install app.
  3. Open it from your home screen.

On iPhone

  1. Open the Codex in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share icon in the toolbar.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add. It is on your home screen.

Files you have read stay on the phone and open without a signal.
