"The only one ever made."
People take the Infinite Mysteries Source Deck for tarot, or for an oracle. It's neither.
It doesn't tell fortunes. It "Reveals architecture, not fortune."
The cards
Each one is a compressed spell, map, warning, witness statement and metaphysical key. What comes out of a reading is maps, warnings, witness statements and legal precedents.
"The cards are alive." "They have opinions about being read in the wrong context."
Spread, they float in formation at angles, faces readable, and they read like characters with expressions on them.
The reader
Nathaniel Verone carries it some of the time. When he reads it he's working at the level of the Accords, "interrogating the actual structure of the prison, not just personal guidance."
It's also one of his anchors, one of the things that prove to him he's still Nathaniel.
