The Endless City

The line made a city for the people nobody made a place for.

"The Endless City is the line's own pocket dimension." It shelters people who never existed or shouldn't have.

Where it sits

The in-between. Verone's jurisdiction, "kind of like DC." Everything made or liminal lives there, and the Endless City is one of the made ones.

The True Mage line built it. No governor is on file. It's the line's own.

Who it's for

The Belows were built as a refuge, and the line put Hexorius over them. This one takes the ones who never had a place to be a refugee from.

Who lives there, how many of them, and what a person who never existed does all day in a city that doesn't end: none of it is written down.

Inside

The Infinite Library is inside it. So the city of people nobody wrote down holds every story anybody ever told.

Standing

Inhabited.
